Been coming here for almost a year now I think. I’ve found it hugely flexible and have actually seen three of the Chiropractors - it’s great that you’re not tied in to any one person, so if someone is away you can still get in to be seen. I can tell when I haven’t been for a while, and always feel better coming out the other side. Frequency is really left up to you, guided by the team. I go more frequently than was suggested because I stiffen up quickly still, but more frequent mobilisation will increase the time I can go between appointments. Not once have I felt pressured into coming more frequently, if anything, it’s been the opposite. Matthew, Juliette and Laura have been excellent and are well supported by a friendly reception team.
