With over 16 years of experience in healthcare administration, Tracey brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to Tamworth Chiropractic Clinic & Lichfield Chiropractic Clinic.
Before transitioning into healthcare, Tracey enjoyed an illustrious career in finance, where she developed a strong foundation in organisation, communication, and client care skills she now applies daily in her role as Clinic Manager.
Known for her excellent customer service and dedication to creating a patient-focused environment, Tracey ensures that every visitor feels welcomed and supported. She values the importance of teamwork and works closely with the clinic team to deliver a smooth, professional, and caring experience for all.
Founder - Matthew Clancy
Matthew Clancy is a highly experienced chiropractor with over 25 years in clinical practice. He is the founder of both Tamworth Chiropractic Clinic, established in 2004, and Lichfield Chiropractic Clinic, which he opened in 2010.
Throughout his career, Matthew has developed a strong reputation for providing expert care in the management of spinal conditions, as well as in the treatment of extremity issues, back issues, backed by postgraduate qualifications in this area. His broad clinical expertise allows him to deliver comprehensive care tailored to the needs of each patient.
In addition to his clinical work, Matthew is committed to supporting the next generation of chiropractors. He serves as a mentor through the Royal College of Chiropractors Post-Registration Training Scheme, guiding newly qualified professionals as they begin their careers.
Matthew also has a particular interest in golf-related injuries and the biomechanics of the golf swing, combining his professional knowledge with a personal passion for the sport.

Julie is passionate about helping individuals live pain-free, active, and healthy lives through natural, non-invasive care. With over 18 years of clinical experience, she specialises in diagnosing and treating neuromusculoskeletal conditions with a focus on spinal and joint health as well as overall long-term wellness.
Julie's approach is personalized and evidence-based. She uses customised treatment plans that address the root cause of an issue with a multi-part approach that may include adjustment, deep oscillation therapy and biopuncture.
Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or seeking preventive care, she is committed to supporting your journey to optimal movement and health.
When she's not in the clinic she enjoys time outdoors with her family, horse riding or learning something new by continually expanding her knowledge and skills to stay current and provide the highest quality care in her field.
Charley Williams
Charley Williams graduated from Anglo European Chiropractic College Bournemouth in 2024 after studying for her Masters of Chiropractic for 5 years.
She had always been interested in the musculoskeletal system since a child and now enjoys helping people of all ages to relieve their symptoms however she has a specialist interest in paediatric care.
Her hobbies include reading, going to the gym, swimming and spending time with family and friends.
